License and Use
The pattern is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the pattern to make garments for yourself, family, or as gifts.
Commercial production, resale, distribution, or sharing of the pattern files, physical copies, or derivative works is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Charmed.
You may sell finished garments made using the pattern provided that no copies or reproductions of the pattern files are included with the item and that the pattern itself is not distributed or made available to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All pattern designs, instructions, measurements, and associated graphics are the intellectual property of Charmed (or the designated pattern designer) and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the pattern files except as expressly permitted in this agreement.
Digital Delivery and Access
The download provides a link to a Google Drive folder. Access to the Google Drive link is your responsibility; Charmed is not responsible for third‑party service outages, link expiration, or access issues resulting from your Google account settings.
You are responsible for saving a local copy of the files upon download. Charmed is not obligated to provide additional copies once the link is delivered.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided except where required by law or at Charmed’s sole discretion.
Warranty and Liability
The pattern is provided “as is.” Charmed makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the pattern files.
Charmed’s liability for any claim arising from or related to the use of the pattern is limited to the purchase price paid for the pattern. In no event shall Charmed be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
